Robert Tovar has joined Emerio Design as a bridge and structures project manager. He is a seasoned bridge engineer with more than 26 years of hands-on design experience for the Oregon Department of Transportation. Tovar will lead the firm鈥檚 bridge & structural engineering department, applying his experience as lead designer for complex, multiple-span structures including prestressed, post-tensioned concrete and steel bridges.
