Chris Damgen has joined Jordan Ramis PC as a land use planner. He will work across multiple practices, including land use, real estate, and environmental and natural resources. Damgen previously was hired by city of Troutdale as a senior planner in 2015 and then appointed community development director in 2016. He provided planning-related services through land use applications and long-range planning efforts, and established the city鈥檚 economic and tourism development responsibilities. Before that, Damgen filled several planning and development roles for the city of Hardeeville, South Carolina, for eight years.
