Faxed, Emailed (to [email protected], or hand delivered bids will be accepted. Bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days from the bid date. Questions regarding the bid shall be in writing and directed to Julie Hyer
at SunWest Builders by email ([email protected]).

SunWest Builders., acting as the CM/GC for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids and will identify these copes via addendum. These bids will be turned in 2 hours earlier to the Sisters School District. We encourage all bidders to familiarize themselves with the site conditions.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the site of the new Sisters Elementary School site at 2155 W. McKinney Butte Road, Sisters, OR 97759 site on August 11, 2022, at 9:00 AM. The last day for bid questions is August 25, 2022. The last addendum shall be issued no later than September 1, 2022. Construction Documents may be examined at the of铿乧es of SunWest Builders or via SunWest Builders鈥� Procore website.

This project is a PREVAILING WAGE Project. Please check the speci铿乧ations for the appropriate BOLI information. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond. SunWest Builders, acting as the CM/GC contractor on behalf of the Sisters School District, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any bid not in compliance with bid documents, reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public鈥檚 best interest to do so.
