Linda Degman has joined Miller Nash LLP鈥檚 construction team. She previously served Portland Community College for nearly 20 years as bond program director and director of planning and capital construction; she oversaw improvements, planning, construction, and real estate acquisition. Degman has extensive, practical experience in construction, government contracting, design and land use. Her work has centered on enhancing equity and building diversity in the construction workforce. Degman has bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees from Portland State University and a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
