Scope includes, but not limited to, new mechanical and plumbing throughout, re-clad of all non-brick locations, new windows, full renovation of all existing kitchens, lounges & bathrooms, ADA and seismic improvements, and whole building 铿乶ish upgrades (铿俹oring, paint, etc.).
