Ian Maher has joined Lane Powell as counsel to the firm on the labor, employment & benefits team. He represents employers in class action and individual litigation in state and federal courts.聽Maher has defended clients in wage and hour class actions, collective actions, and California Private Attorneys General Act claims as well as individual discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. He also has experience involving arbitration agreements and class, collective, and representative action waivers. Maher has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
