Justin Hobson has joined Miller Nash LLP鈥檚 tax and business teams; he is based in the Portland office. Hobson has 15 years of experience assisting businesses ranging from startups to large international corporations 鈥� particularly those within the cannabis industry 鈥� on tax issues and business transactions. He previously served as co-chair of the cannabis team at a large Pacific Northwest law firm. Hobson also has experience with corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, securities offerings, and corporate governance. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Pacific Lutheran University and a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
