DEVELOPMENT

BRIDGE Housing has appointed Sarah Schubert director of real estate development in Portland. She will lead the nonprofit鈥檚 development activities in Portland, including completion of Waterleaf (178 affordable units), design and construction of hollywoodHUB (234 affordable units), and support of other projects in the pipeline. Schubert joined BRIDGE in May 2022 after serving as director of Portland-based nonprofit Housing for Human Solutions; she managed affordable housing developments and oversaw asset management and resident services. Schubert has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in English and political science from James Madison University and a master鈥檚 in public administration from Columbia University.
