Miller Nash LLP has added Nathalie Bougenies to its Portland office as a member of the business and corporate team. She will assist domestic and international clients with corporate transactional matters as well as navigation of business and regulatory compliance issues for the cannabis and hemp industry. While working remotely from Washington, D.C., Bougenies serves the firm鈥檚 clients in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. She was born and raised in Belgium but has since lived and studied in countries around the world. Bougenies has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science and international relations from Saint Martin鈥檚 University and a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
