GOVERNMENT

Jill Smith is now director of Oregon Housing and Community Services鈥� Housing Stabilization Division. She will oversee housing stabilization and homelessness prevention programs and lead the division鈥檚 strategic planning. Smith has more than 30 years of housing-related experience, including the past six years with Clackamas County first as deputy director of Health, Housing and Human Services and then as executive director of the Housing Authority. Before that she spent six years with Home Forward, including the final two as chief operating officer.
