Tonkon Torp attorney Josie Jeremiah has joined the Portland YouthBuilders board of directors. The nonprofit serves more than 200 youths a year in a unique program that combines education, vocational training, counseling, and support. Jeremiah will provide pro bono legal counsel to the organization as well as coordination of fundraisers and other duties. She is an associate in Tonkon Torp鈥檚 Business Department. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, and other general business matters.
