Jordan Ramis adds real estate lawyer Weiner

David Weiner, a real estate and business lawyer, has joined the Jordan Ramis PC team. He will focus his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including IRC Section 1031 Exchanges. He will represent developers, owners and managers in connection with the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings, apartments and industrial parks. He also will maintain a general business practice. Weiner has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Claremont McKenna College and a law degree from Willamette University College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both Oregon and Washington.
