ARCHITECTURE

Opsis Architecture has hired Kelsy Colvin as an architect. She has 12 years of experience and a broad range of skills. Colvin鈥檚 interest in public work and sustainability brought her to Opsis, where she will be able to offer strength in project organization, development of project documents at all stages, and creative design responses. She has both a bachelor鈥檚 degree and a master鈥檚 degree in architecture from Portland State University.
