Central Geotechnical Services has added Krey Younger to its Portland office as a principal. He will lead the firm鈥檚 pavement division and oversee staff-level engineers. Younger has more than 25 years of experience in pavement design and geotechnical engineering. He specializes in transportation projects such as road widening, pavement rehabilitation, bridges, and new construction. He has worked with many local agencies while managing pavement design projects throughout Oregon and Washington.
