David Evans Enterprises Inc. has acquired civil engineering firm Rock Solid Civil LLC of Boise, Idaho. DEEI, a Portland-based professional services consulting and staffing firm, has more than 1,200 employees. RSC employees have joined David Evans and Associates鈥� Boise office and will continue to provide a wide range of land development consulting services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

DEA designs complex transportation, land development, water resources, environmental, and energy projects nationwide. Its Idaho projects include a 5.5-mile extension of State Highway 16 between U.S. Route 20/26 and Interstate 84 (including eight bridges), and replacement of the Ustick Road overpass (including two bridges) to allow expansion of I-84.

RSC鈥檚 signature projects include the Lugarno Terra subdivision in Kuna, Idaho, El Monterrey subdivision in Caldwell, Idaho, and a 540-acre subdivision in development in Eagle, Idaho.
