Tonkon Torp LLP has added attorney Lee N. Gilgan to its Business Department as an associate. He previously was with Stoel Rives LLP. Gilgan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions. He also represents and advises clients in issuances of equity and debt securities, business formations, general commercial matters, and corporate governance matters. Gilgan holds a Juris Doctor from the Willamette University College of Law, a master鈥檚 degree in criminal justice from Western Oregon University, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in philosophy from Willamette University.
