Santangelo named CBRE executive vice president

CBRE has promoted Nick Santangelo to executive vice president in Portland. He joined the firm in 2011 and now has 16 years of commercial real estate experience. Santangelo is a member of CBRE鈥檚 Debt & Structured Finance Group, where he works with developers and commercial property owners to originate capital across all major property types, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and hospitality. Santangelo holds a master鈥檚 degree in business administration and management from the University of Portland, a graduate certificate in real estate development from Portland State University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Florida.
