Yalda Bahramian has joined Tonkon Torp LLP鈥檚 Business Department as an associate. Her practice will focus on general business law. Bahramian graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2022, where she was named a Distinguished Decade Scholar. As a law student, Bahramian worked at Tonkon Torp as a summer associate and for the Immigrant Rights Clinic at UC Irvine.
