Liz Dahlager, executive vice president of Springfield-based Meret茅 Hotel Management, has been accepted into the 2022-23 cohort of Castell鈥檚 ELEVATE program. Castell is an American Hotel & Lodging Association Foundation project dedicated聽to the advancement of women to the highest levels within the hospitality industry. ELEVATE is unique as its focus is to help women with 12 years of industry experience or more ascend into roles of greater leadership. The program kicks off with a three-day practicum in Washington, D.C., and then follows with one-on-one coaching sessions, networking opportunities, and workshops.
