Miller Nash LLP has added Cozette Tran-Caffee as a partner in its real estate department. She assists public and private clients with all aspects of real estate transactions and land development, including dispositions and acquisitions, leasing, and financing. Tran-Caffee is a skilled land use attorney with experience in annexation and other boundary changes, comprehensive plan map amendments and zoning map amendments, land use diligence, and master planning. She previously was a partner at Lane Powell. Tran-Caffee has a Juris Doctor, a Master of Public Policy, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in American studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and associated schools.
