Early assistance is pending for a proposal for 720 S.W. Broadway. Plans call for installation of a new sliding, operable window in the storefront. Guy Ripley of GPD Group of Phoenix, Arizona, is the applicant and the city of Portland is the project owner.
Design review (type 2 procedure) is pending for Portland State University鈥檚 Science Research and Teaching Center, at 1719 S.W. 10th Ave. The proposal calls for construction of an enclosure that would separate emergency generator equipment from the public. The enclosure would match the scale and materiality of neighboring enclosures. Stefee Knudsen of BORA Architecture & Interiors is the applicant and the Oregon State Board of Higher Education is the project owner.
