Eraut added to Portland-based law firm’s name

Rizzo Mattingly Bosworth PC, a Portland-based civil litigation firm, is changing its name to Rizzo Bosworth Eraut PC to reflect the significant contributions of Allen Eraut, who joined the firm in 2008 as a senior associate and was promoted in 2010 to shareholder. Michael Mattingly, who was a partner for 12 years, has transitioned to private practice in new areas of law. Eraut has spent his legal career defending individuals and businesses in civil lawsuits involving personal injury and property claims. He has defended local and national companies in asbestos litigation, handled multimillion-dollar casualty cases, and managed construction defect cases for both general contractors and subcontractors.
