PCS Structural Solutions has promoted Steven Williams to associate principal in its Portland office. He joined the firm more than eight years ago and has been instrumental in growing the Portland office since it opened in 2017. Williams focuses primarily on public K-12 and higher education work, such as the Treaty Oak Regional Skills Center in The Dalles, but he also has managed many of the firm鈥檚 local health care projects, including the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center expansion in Vancouver, Washington.
