  • A pre-application conference is sought for property on Northwest Leif Erikson Drive (within the 97229 zip code). Discussion would focus on a planned inspection of a petroleum products pipeline that crosses through existing right-of-way and easements within Forest Park areas with environmental protection overlay zoning. Repairs may include replacing joints between pipe segments and/or replacing full pipe segments between neighboring joints. Paige Anderson of AECOM is the applicant, and the city of Portland is the project owner.
  • A design advice request is pending for a proposal for 522 S.W. 13th Ave. Plans call for construction of a 12-story, approximately 50,000-square-foot multifamily building. It would have 90 affordable housing units – a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments, residential services, and amenities. Maggie Harris of Holst Architecture is the applicant, and First Presbyterian Church is the project owner.
  • A pre-application conference is sought for redevelopment of multiple blocks of the Centennial Mills site, at 1362 N.W. Naito Parkway. Mixed-use and multifamily buildings are proposed, as are site improvements along the greenway. Michelle Schulz of GBD Architects is the applicant, and PDC (Prosper Portland) is the project owner.
