Bibb joins Westlake Consultants as project engineer

Westlake Consultants has added Jacob Bibb as a project engineer. He has nearly four years of experience as a civil designer and project engineer, primarily for private site developments. He also completed an internship with the city of Newberg, focusing on pedestrian and roadway improvements. Bibb currently is working on several affordable housing projects. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from George Fox University and erosion control/sediment control inspection certification.
