Westlake Consultants adds Chow as project engineer

Natalie Chow is now a project engineer for Westlake Consultants. Chow has focused primarily on water resource management during the past eight years. She spent three years with the Golden State Water Co. in California before relocating to Oregon and focusing on private site development. She has experience with water utility systems and water loss audits, including system upgrades. Chow holds both a master鈥檚 degree in water resources engineering and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. She is a registered Professional Engineer in California.
