Westlake Consultants names Holland senior project engineer

Chris Holland recently was promoted to senior project engineer by Westlake Consultants. He joined the firm in 2015, initially working as a civil designer and project engineer. Holland has expertise with renewable energy projects. He also oversees CAD standards implementation and training within Westlake鈥檚 Civil Engineering Department. Holland has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from George Fox University in Newberg. He is a licensed civil engineer in Oregon, Texas and Indiana.
