Zelenka joins Westlake Consultants as project engineer

Westlake Consultants has hired Scott Zelenka as a project engineer. He has nearly eight years of experience involving public infrastructure project design and private site development design. He also possesses project constructability expertise. Zelenka holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Portland State University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in biology from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. He previously owned a carpentry and construction business for six years.
