Fensler promoted to project engineer by Emerio Design

ENGINEERING
Emerio Design has elevated Rick Fensler to project engineer. He also has earned his Professional Engineer license. Fensler joined the Emerio team through the CECOP internship program in 2018. He has design and field inspection experience, with a focus on ADA and transportation projects. Currently, Fensler is working on a corridor design project for the Oregon Department of Transportation as well as providing utility coordination for a Portland Bureau of Transportation project.
