Grace Peck Terrace is an existing six (6) story building with precast hollow core planks supported by reinforced masonry bearing / shear walls that houses ninety-铿乿e (95) units of affordable housing. The project will be an occupied remodel which will include removal and replacement of the existing roof and exterior cladding; plus selective mechanical, plumbing, electrical / low voltage, and 铿� re suppression systems in the units and common spaces. Additionally, the ground 铿俹or and site will be re-programmed to better accommodate the services provided.
