Early assistance is being sought for 7212 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The proposal calls for construction of a two-story, 13,000-square-foot building with commercial office and retail tenant spaces. Derek Metson of Greenbox Architecture and Kerry Hughes of TFL Development LLC (Birmingham, Michigan) are the applicants and TFL Development is the project owner.
Early assistance is pending for development of a new food cart pod (for 16 carts), at 2651 E. Burnside St. It would include a 3,840-square-foot pavilion for dining, a restroom outbuilding, a trash enclosure, and a parking lot (18 spaces) with stormwater planters. Eric Wenzel of Scott Edwards Architecture is the applicant and Jema Bitar Properties LLC is the project owner.
