• Early assistance is pending for Veterans Memorial Coliseum, at 300 N. Ramsay Way. The proposal calls for various improvements, including expansion and enhancement of the conference center. The project would be completed in three phases, starting with replacement of the emergency generator and other key electrical systems. Construction is anticipated to start in 2024 on the initial electrical phase. Jennifer Marsicek of Scott Edwards Architecture is the applicant, and the city of Portland is the project owner.
• Early assistance is pending for 7212 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Plans call for construction of a new two-story, 13,000-square-foot commercial building with office space and retail space. Derek Metson of Greenbox Architecture and Kerry Hughes of TFL Development LLC in Birmingham, Michigan, are the applicants, and TFL Development LLC is the project owner.
