Hank Stebbins has been elected a shareholder at Lane Powell. From the Portland office, he represents public and private corporations in complex litigation and labor and employment matters in federal and state courts. His experience includes enforcing employment arbitration agreements, independent contractor agreements and discrimination claims, wage and hour class actions, and noncompetition enforcement and trade secret litigation. Stebbins was named an 鈥淥regon Rising Star鈥� by Thomson Reuters for employment & labor. He has a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science from the University of Indianapolis.
