Lane Powell promotes McFate to shareholder

Courtney McFate has been promoted to shareholder at Lane Powell. McFate advises clients regarding a wide variety of employment matters while working in the firm鈥檚 Portland office. She previously served as in-house employment counsel for a large consumer services company in California, acting as a strategic legal partner for human resources and all business units. McFate has a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, a master鈥檚 degree in communication studies California State University, Los Angeles, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in women鈥檚 studies from UCLA.
