Southeast Portland property fetches $12 million

A 94-unit apartment complex in Portland鈥檚 Mill Park neighborhood has changed hands. Midland Apartments LLC purchased El Moro Apartments, now called Midland Apartments, from El Moro LLC for $12 million.

The market-rate complex, at 2016 S.E. 122nd Ave., was originally constructed in 1966. It has 27 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom, one-bathroom units, and 43 two bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom townhouses. Amenities include a community/playground area, a leasing office, a balcony or patio with every unit, washer/dryer hookups in all two-bedroom units, and ample parking. The property was managed by its owner since the 1970s.
