LMC Construction is requesting proposals for the Plambeck Garden聽 Apartments. The project will be a new 120,714 Sq. ft. multi-family property on a 4.66-acre site along Boones Ferry Road and comprises two residential聽 buildings, community building, full site development, ROW improvements, and the abatement and demolition of the existing structures on the project site.

Construction to begin in April of 2023
