Lease Crutcher Lewis has promoted Andrew Dykeman to director of operations. He now has more than 25 years of professional construction experience. Dykeman is an authority in sustainable construction and an expert in resiliency and mass-timber construction. He joined the firm as an intern and has since held many positions, including project engineer, project manager, senior project manager and project executive. In his new role, he oversees the civic and commercial markets.
