Bid Package #01 鈥� Reservoir 18
Tank Construction

Bids will be due at 2:00 pm February 14, 2023 and shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. Bid Package #01 generally consists of:

A. Construct a 4.5 million Gallon (MG) circular prestressed concrete reservoir designed and constructed in accordance with AWWA D110 type I Standards. Subgrade conditions on which the reservoir will be founded will be competent to support a mat slab 铿� oor system.
B. Construct reinforced pipe blocks for Reservoir 18 under slab piping (includes inlet, outlet, drain and over铿� ow piping. Piping will be supplied and placed by others)
C. Supply and Install Tank Safety, Security, and Appurtenances which include:

1. Tank Vent
2. Two each 4鈥� x 8鈥� Access Hatches
3. 2鈥�6鈥� x 2鈥�6鈥� Over铿� ow Observation Hatch
4. Interior Stainless-Steel ladder
Location and materials are as indicated and speci铿乪d in the project plans and speci铿乧ations. The bidding documents include the following: Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Tigard General Conditions, Sample Emery & Sons Subcontract, Emery and Sons Health & Safety Manual, 60% Plans, and 60% Speci铿乧ations.
