Bidder interest and pre-quali铿乧ation are requested by Ausland Group for construction of National Park Service Oregon Caves Chateau Renovation located at Oregon Caves National Monument near Cave Junction, Oregon. Ausland Group is under contract with the NPS and is negotiating the con- struction phase via a direct negotiation process. The total construction budget is anticipated to be approximately $30,000,000.
