Coffee joins Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. has hired Michael Coffee as director of capital markets in the Portland office. He will be responsible for originating and securing commercial debt and equity financing for a variety of property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing, and hospitality assets. Coffee has more than 20 years of experience and has developed relationships with local, regional and national capital sources, including commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, debt funds, and hard money lenders. He previously served as capital adviser for StackSource, a tech-enabled commercial real estate loan platform.
