Dan Swift has joined CBRE鈥檚 Portland office as a senior vice president. He will focus on office leasing and sales. Swift is returning to CBRE after 16 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as a managing director. During 35 years in the industry, he has negotiated more than 1,800 office lease and sale transactions representing more than $3 billion in total consideration. Swift became a partner in 1999 while at CBRE and its predecessor company Insignia. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance and marketing from Portland State University and a CCIM designation.
