Tonkon Torp LLP has appointed partner Jessica Morgan as co-chair (along with Michael Millender) of its Business Department. She focuses her practice on regulatory compliance, securities and general corporate law for highly regulated industries including financial services, investment management, and cannabis. Within financial services, Morgan co-chairs the firm鈥檚 financial services & investment management practice group. She advises pooled investment funds, private equity funds, financial institutions, and investment advisers on all types of regulatory issues.
