Tonkon Torp LLP has welcomed attorney Michele Wasson to its Business Department, where she practices in the estate planning & advocacy and nonprofit practice groups. Wasson previously served as chief fiduciary officer for Riverview Trust Company. Prior to that, she worked for more than a decade as an attorney at Stoel Rives. Wasson has represented high-net-worth individuals and families in estate planning, wealth transfer, probate and trust administration, business succession, and philanthropic matters. She also has helped tax-exempt entity clients navigate complex laws and regulations in all aspects of governance, compliance and tax-related matters.
