Mackenzie promotes Van Otterloo to associate

Sarah Van Otterloo, an engineer in training (EIT), has been recognized as an associate with Mackenzie. She is a member of the firm鈥檚 structural engineering team. Van Otterloo has a master鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from from Oregon State University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in architecture from the University of Oregon.
