Southeast Portland building sells for $1.55 million

Christ Church Sellwood has purchased the 7970 Milwaukie Building in Southeast Portland for $1.55 million.

The single-story, approximately 5,000-square-foot office/retail building currently is occupied by the Classical Ballet Academy. The 0.13-acre property includes six parking spaces and is located slightly west of Oregon Route 99E (Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard) in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood.

Tim Pfeiffer and Camden Muller of Portland-based Norris & Stevens represented the buyer, and Jim Gillespie and Stacey Rustad-Smith of Keller Williams Realty represented the seller, CBA Group LLC, in the transaction.
