Mackenzie has recognized Lee Leighton as a senior associate. He began his now 30-years-plus career in land use planning at the city of Tualatin before transitioning to private-sector consulting in 1996. As a consultant, Leighton has obtained approval for a wide variety of development entitlements, permits and land use approvals across the Pacific Northwest. He is known for his technical planning skills, commitment to superb client service and mentorships of young professionals.
