Four-story mixed-use building proposed for 2524 Southeast Division Street (Portland Maps).

The proposal calls for partial demolition of a single-story, approximately 2,870-square-foot commercial building to make room for a four-story, 12,525-square-foot mixed-use building with restaurant space on the ground floor and 11 apartment units above.

The proposal includes widening the northbound lane of Interstate 5 between North Greeley Avenue exit ramp and the I-5/I-405 interchange.
