ARCHITECTURE

Diana Moosman has been named a 2023 Pat Sanchez Women鈥檚 Fellow by the Architecture Foundation of Oregon. She is a senior associate at MWA Architects and its design director for Portland housing. She plans to deepen her knowledge of trauma-informed design 鈥� an emerging discipline to help people heal and thrive. For the past 11 years at MWA,聽Moosman has worked both nonprofit and for-profit developers to create affordable housing for residents making 30 percent to 60 percent of the median family income. She聽will use the fellowship to receive trauma-informed design training from Denver-based Shopworks Architecture.
