Andresen now a Pence Construction senior project engineer

CONSTRUCTION
Pence Construction has elevated Cole Andresen to senior project engineer. During nearly five years with the firm, he has been responsible for managing change orders with owners and subcontractors, coordinating on-site work with subs, and overseeing interns鈥� tasks. In his expanded role, Andresen will focus more on cost management. Currently, he is working on a capital improvement project at the Portland State Office Building. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University.
