Soukup now a senior estimator for Pence Construction

CONSTRUCTION
Pence Construction has promoted Jeff Soukup to senior estimator. After seven years of fieldwork, he joined the Bend office鈥檚 estimating department. Soukup has experience working on health care, multifamily, civic and school projects. In his new role, he鈥檒l be responsible for project estimates while providing leadership, training, and mentorship. He鈥檒l work with subcontractors, suppliers, and others to plan cost factors for projects. Soukup has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University.
